BOOKING MY RENTAL
What electric bike is available for rent?
Right now, we exclusively have the Ridezar Rapid X20 Electric Bike available for rent.
Can I pay cash on collection?
We unfortunately do not accept cash on collection for our rental service. All bookings are to be completed online, in advance.
Can I cancel my booking?
All bookings can be cancelled or postponed, providing you are giving notice of 24 hours or more, otherwise you will be subject to a fee. (See the Rental Agreement for full terms).
Can I book multiple bikes per booking?
Absolutely! You can book as many electric bikes, subject to availability.
Where is the collection address and can it be delivered?
We offer collections from our London, Cricklewood pickup point. Deliveries can be arranged at a surcharge of £30.
Is there a limit of the amount of miles/kilometers I can use during the rental?
No! We do not restrict the amount of use to a specific range. Providing the bike is used with necessary care, abiding the jurisdictional laws.
Can I rent a helmet, lock or any other accessories?
Yes! For an additional fee, we have helmets and locks available for rental.
DURING A RENTAL
Can I extend my rental?
Absolutely! Providing you give a minimum of 24 hours notice, you can extend your rental by contacting us via our rental support line (during work hours) or emailing rentals@ridezar.com
Can I end my rental early?
If you'd prefer to end your rental early, you can do so by contacting us via the support line provided or emailing bookings@ridezar.com. There is no fee charged for returning your rental early. We do not, however, refund the difference in rental days, for the remainder of your original rental end date.
What if the rental bike is damaged, lost or stolen?
Whilst we understand that general wear and tear expected, we reserve the right to charge the hirer either the cost of repair and an administration fee, or the value of the bike, in the event that it is not returned. You are to take appropriate action, by filing a police report for theft or report any damage within reasonable time by emailing rentals@ridezar.com.
What if I'm running late to collect or drop off my rental?
Whilst we understand that unforeseen delays occur, we grant a grace period of up to 30 minutes for the late return or collection of any rental product. In the event that you are running late, you are to contact our rental phone line or email rentals@ridezar.com and will be subject to an hourly rental charge of £10 per, up until the product is returned.
Do I have to return the electric bike with a full charge?
All electric bikes are supplied with a full charge and it is our hope that they are returned alike. However, we understand that due to the nature of the product and time, it is not required for the product to be returned with a full charge.

I forgot to return the charger at the end of my rental, will I be charged?
Unfortunately, yes. The ebike and all its accessories must be returned at the end of each rental, to prevent any disruption or delays to a future booking. Unless otherwise discussed, the late return fee of £10 will apply, for each hour that the charger is not returned.
